The landfill as most people know it is changing. By the year 2030 recycling will remove 90% of trash from the landfills.
New Building are being made for sorting all the garbage in Kent County.
Laws are changing to protect Our Environment for Us and Our Children Futures.
As of now things THE LANDFILL charges for:
TIRES $4 EACH
TV’S $20-$40 EACH BIG OR SMALLER THEN 27″ INCHES
MATTRESSES/BOX SPRING $20 EACH NOW INCREASE OF $10 IN 2022
APPLIANCES $20 EACH or PUT IT BY THE ROAD FOR A SCRAP GUY. MAKE A FREE SIGN AND TAPE IT ONTO IT.
HIDING ITEMS INSIDE DUMPSTER DON’T WORK. WE DUMP THE LOAD OUT ONTO THE GROUND, AND SEE EVERYTHING YOU PUT INSIDE.
PER TON HAS GONE UP EACH YEAR $5 IN 2019, 2021, 2022. Nothing we can do about it. We try to help people that work and live in the same town as we do. Thanks Jr
