We work with our customers and try and help them order the right size dumster.
Sometimes a customer tries to be cheap and order a smaller dumpster. If you think you need a 10 but maybe a 15 yard we just bring you the 15 yard. There is a line inside that show how high to fill for 10 yard. Fill to the line you pay for a 10 yard. Use the whole 15 yard dumpster then pay a little extra for a 15 yard vs having to order another dumpster at full price. 90% will fill it. They learn they have more good crap then they think. 15 Yard Dumpster
- 12' x 8' x 5.5'
- Holds about 7-8 pickup truck loads

Bigger Jobs, most people (85%) need this size but think they need bigger. Why waste money? Call us and we will help get the right size.
20 Yard Dumpster
- 13' x 8' x 6.5'
- Holds about 9-10 pickup truck loads
SOME people (10%) need this size. If you have rented dumpster before tell me. Most have not, and have no clue what they need.
I GET WOMEN CALLING FOR THERE HUSBANDS A LOT OF THE TIME. WELL HE SAID WE NEED A 40 YARD. BUT 2 MINS TALKING TO HER AND I DON’T THINK U WILL EVEN HAVE ENOUGH STUFF TO FILL A 20 YARDS DUMPSTER. Family Business no lazy ass employees working here costing us or you more money for a dumpster rental. I live in Cedar Springs, Dad live in Grand Rapids.
This is NOT OUR FIRST DAY DOING THIS. So don’t try and bullshit us and we won’t try and bullshit you on hidden fee scams like the big companies do. We probable have more miles backing up then you do driving forward.
Extra fee on weight.. We ask what you putting in the dumpster. You tell us. Then you change it and add 1 ton of bricks and 2 ton of dirt from your fire pit you will get an extra bill for it.
We give you the price cause we know the weight of stuff. But since you added other stuff or cleaned the fire pit with a loader and scooped more dirt then ashes you will pay for the extra weight.
I don’t want to say we have a 2 ton limit but we kinda go by it.. The price i give is me figuring in any extra weight you tell me about on the phone. I can tell you if your removing 16 sq of shingles and 2 layer, or cleaning out a 2 stall garage stacked to the ceiling.. The weight is going to be XXX with in 100lbs give or take.. 35 years doing it we know what the weight is on things.
DON'T WAIT TILL THE LAST MIN TO CALL
We are growing but it takes time. I have people setting up Dumpster Rentals 2 months out. They call and say Jr we are selling our house or already sold it. So, on so and so date we need a dumpster for a week. Don’t wait till the last min like 99% of the world does call us and book it. You can call again and change the date I don’t care how many times we do it. You can even call that morning and change it again. Just don’t call on Friday at 5pm and think you can get a dumpster at 5:01pm in grand rapids. Sometimes we might be able to but let be real.
We can book ahead for your projects so you know you have one less thing to worry about. You DON’T have to be home when we drop it off. We know most people work during the day. You can tell me where you want the dumpster dropped over the phone. 70% of the time we never meet face to face. I’m here for my customer when they need me, and not 9-5 like the other guys. Thanks Jr
